    A bit bass ackwards if you look at their bullet points (should START with education) and I still think we’re using the wrong language when we discuss ‘adaptation.’ That is too long-term and adaptation is itself usually unconscious. Maybe it’s too strict, but first we need to get the will for politics, then we actually need political strategies (10-25 years) that are immediately addressed by short-term tactics (1-5 year windows, incentives, rebates, tax breaks, fees, taxes etc).
    Just saying.
